AthleteMania Mind is a mental performance training app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.

Information we collect: your name, email, and the mental-performance data you log — including daily check-in scores (mood, energy, focus, confidence, stress and sleep quality), training sessions, goals, and journal entries. Journal entries may include text you write and any photo, video or audio you choose to attach to them. It also includes your answers to questions and scenarios, your private reflections, your interests, your “Become” answers, and the items you save to your Playbook.

How we use it: to personalize your training, track your progress, and provide the features of the app. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data storage: your data is stored securely and is accessible only to you, the account owner. Your journal entries and check-ins are not readable by other users or by our staff through the app.

Patterns: the app may show patterns based on the choices you make (for example, “you often choose preparation before taking action”). These are observations about your in-app answers only — not a psychological assessment, diagnosis or validated personality test.

AI features: some optional buttons (for example “Ask me a harder question”, “Another angle”, “Give me a similar situation” and “What themes keep coming up?”) send the relevant answer, or your recent answers, to our AI provider to generate a response. These only run when you tap them. Everything else works without AI.

Sharing: you can choose to share a card with something you wrote. Nothing is shared unless you tap Share, and private reflections are never shared automatically.

Email summaries: we may email you a periodic training summary containing your own average check-in scores. It is sent to the address on your account and is delivered through our email service provider.

Data deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile screen. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you have already uninstalled the app and can no longer sign in, email support@straughterco.com and we will close the account and erase its data for you.

Children: the app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes: we may update this policy and will notify you of material changes within the app.
